The management of Hotel Puente Real is aware that competitiveness in the sector depends on the level of quality of service, adequate infrastructure, and adequate resources that allow us to achieve the satisfaction of our customers, employees, suppliers, and partners, while ensuring compliance with the legal requirements applicable to Hotel Puente Real's activities.

The management of the Hotel Puente Real considers it essential that its activities be carried out with the appropriate level of quality, which is why it has developed and implemented a Quality Management System in accordance with the UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015 standard, as the basis and reference for the organization of the documented system and ensuring compliance with quality requirements.

Our commitment consists of:

• Ensure compliance with the UNE ISO 9001:2015 standard and current legislation and regulations.

• Carry out actions aimed at respecting and preserving the environment, minimizing the impact that the hotel's activities may have on it.

• Continuously work on the sustainability of the hotel's activity with respect to its environmental, social, and cultural surroundings.

• Establish annual objectives and goals to ensure continuous improvement in quality and environmental management.

• Conduct internal and external audits of the management system to verify that it is functioning correctly, contributing to achieving total quality.

• Provide the hotel with the resources and means to carry out its activities effectively and efficiently, ensuring compliance at all times with the legal requirements applicable to the activity.

• Identify stakeholders and work to improve relationships with them. Also communicate and make this Quality Policy available to these groups.

• Define objectives aligned with the SWOT analysis generated annually for the establishment.
