The Management of Hotel Puente Real is aware that competitiveness in the sector depends on the level of service quality, adequate infrastructure, and appropriate resources that allow for the satisfaction of our guests, employees, suppliers, and partners, while ensuring compliance with the legal requirements applicable to the activity of Hotel Puente Real.

Our commitment consists of:

• Carrying out actions aimed at respecting and preserving the environment, minimizing the impact that the hotel's activity may generate on it.

• Working continuously on the sustainability of the hotel's activity with respect to its environmental, social, and cultural surroundings.

• Establishing annual goals and objectives to guarantee the continuous improvement of quality and environmental management.

• Conducting internal and external audits of the management system to verify that it functions correctly, contributing to the achievement of total quality.

• Providing the hotel with resources and means to develop its activity in an effective, efficient manner and ensuring at all times compliance with the legal requirements applicable to the activity.

• Identifying stakeholder groups and working on improving relationships with them. As well as communicating and making this Quality Policy available to these groups.

• Defining objectives aligned with the SWOT analysis that is generated annually for the establishment.
