The Costa del Sol, situated in the south of the Iberian Peninsula in the far west of the Mediterranean, occupies 161 kilometres of Malaga coastline and naturally continues east and west into the provinces of Granada and Cádiz, which border the Province of Malaga.
Its name (which means the "Coast of Sun") is a true reflection of reality, given that its climate offers an average of 300 days of sun a year, making Malaga and its surrounding towns, such as Torremolinos, popular year-round destinations.
The capital of the province is the city of Malaga. It is well-located in the geographical centre of the province's coastline. Not only is it the meeting point for transport links between other cities, towns and villages, but it also divides the two large areas that constitute the Costa del Sol: the eastern side and the western coast, where Torremolinos and our hotel are located.
Torremolinos boasts a long history as a tourist destination. In the 60s it became an example of freedom for foreigners. Since then, its growth hasn't ceased and its services continue to improve to offer all visitors a full selection of fun, gastronomy options and cultural activities.

With good reason, the Costa del Sol is also known as the Costa del Golf. With more than 70 courses in its province, Malaga and the Costa del Sol is the leading European destination for people looking to enjoy this exclusive, wonderful sport.
